From the common there are views across the Severn Valley, Malvern Hills and Welsh Mountains. A selection of good local Inns is just a few minutes away, along with an award winning fish restaurant.

It is an ideal area for those interested in; Walking, Painting, Golf, Bird watching and Gliding. Cheltenham and Bath Racecourses, Gatcombe Park, Badminton Horse Trials and Westonbirt Arboretum are also within easy reach.
